What's Up?
My name is Tarin, and I am so glad you’re here!Have fun learning a little bit about me.
I am a foul mouthed, overly honest, unaesthetic, unapologetic 31 year old who has been behind the chair for 8 years now, and I’m here to shake things up in the industry. Sticking to the status quo has never been my strong suite. I wish I had some cheesy story to tell you, about how I knew I wanted to be a hairdresser since I was a kid, but instead I was focused on the important things like playing with my pet rats and riding my Razor scooter. (Remember that status quo comment earlier?) I did, however, know early on that I wasn’t going to be caught dead answering to a boss. So I became a hairdresser because of the freedom and creativity it offers, and fell head over heals immediately. It isn’t often something comes easy to me, but hair has been one of those things.
I have an awesome little family with my high school sweetheart of 15 years, and our newest little pup, Jojo. My days outside the salon are spent doing any and every creative or adventurous activity I can get my hands on, and living life as best as I can. From traveling the world, to metalsmithing, gardening, backyard construction, woodworking, cooking, concert going, hosting dinner parties, and everything in between. My life motto is, “quit worrying about life, it’s not like you’re gonna make it out alive,” which I may or may not have plastered across my arm.
I am here for the tired people. The people who are sick of the lack luster world and miss the days of individuality. The people who just want to BE REAL and take honesty as a breath of fresh air. The people who are fed up spending hundreds of dollars on their hair, only to leave a salon feeling like the stylist just saw them as a piggy bank. I am here to listen to you, and make you the driver in your hair journey. No more catering your life around your hair appointments or feeling obligated to upkeep a style you can't manage. I'm here to give you your dream hair, while also having your dream maintenance plan along the way. But don’t just take my word for it, come see me and find out for yourself.
